It is your responsibility to evaluate the 5-Star Reputation Builder during the initial 30-day period.

All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period. This includes month-to-month and annual plans.

Refunds

Within the first 30 days, 100% refunds are given for the Standard and Advanced versions of the 5-Star Reputation Builder. For the Advanced service level, $395 of the setup and first month is applied toward optimization of your Google My Business listing. Once work has begun on this optimization, this amount is no longer refundable because it would be unethical to undo the optimization. You keep the optimization benefits, and we keep that part of the payment. The remaining balance is refundable for the entire 30-day guarantee.

After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for the first month nor for any subsequent payments. There are no options for prorated refunds.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Your initial 5-Star Reputation Builder subscription is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you notify us within the first 30 days that the system isn't right for your business, we'll cancel your service and refund your initial subscription payment.

The 30-day guarantee applies to your initial 5-Star Reputation Builder subscription. After the guarantee period has ended, payments are non-refundable except where specifically stated in this policy.

Optional add-ons may have separate guarantee, setup, registration, or refund terms as described below.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, you must notify us before the start of your next subscription term using the appropriate function within the customer portal or by email to our support team at support (at) get5starreputation.com.

Except as provided under the 30-day money-back guarantee or other specific refund provisions in this policy, there will be no refunds or credits for periods in which your subscription was or remains unused.

When cancelling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be cancelled. When cancelling a quarterly subscription, all future charges associated with future quarters of your subscription will be cancelled. When cancelling an annual subscription, all future charges associated with future years of your subscription will be cancelled.

You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time. Unless your cancellation qualifies for a refund under the 30-day money-back guarantee or another provision of this policy, your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. Your use of the 5-Star Reputation Builder system will stay active for the remainder of that billing period.

All optional add-ons require an active 5-Star Reputation Builder subscription. Cancelling your core 5-Star Reputation Builder subscription will also end any associated add-on services. Cancellation of an add-on does not automatically cancel your core 5-Star Reputation Builder subscription or any other add-on.

After cancellation, if you choose to sign up for service again, you will pay the rates then in effect, including any applicable setup fees, to reestablish service.

Changing Your Subscription

You may change active plans or add-on services at any time, subject to availability.

To change your subscription, you must notify us before the start of the next applicable subscription term using the appropriate function within the customer portal or by email to our support team at support (at) get5starreputation.com.

For changes to an existing subscription, your new recurring billing amount will generally take effect with the next applicable billing cycle unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

If you downgrade or remove a service, you will lose access to the features associated with that service when the change becomes effective.

If you upgrade your subscription or add a service, you will be responsible for any applicable setup fees. One-time fees may be charged immediately. The timing of recurring charges and activation will depend upon the service selected.

If you have multiple services charged at different times, each service is billed and handled separately.

SMS Review Requests

The SMS Review Requests add-on requires an active 5-Star Reputation Builder subscription and is subject to additional requirements because business text messaging requires registration and carrier approval.

SMS Registration and Setup Fee: SMS activation requires registration and carrier approval. You are responsible for providing requested information and completing any changes or other actions required for registration. If you fulfill these requirements and registration is ultimately denied, the $125 setup fee and any SMS subscription payments will be refunded, and the SMS add-on will be cancelled.

The $125 setup fee is non-refundable once registration is approved. It is also non-refundable if registration cannot be completed because you fail to provide requested information or complete required actions.

Carrier approval is determined by the applicable carriers and registration providers and cannot be guaranteed by Up At Dawn.

30-Day SMS Guarantee: Once SMS service is activated, you have 30 days to evaluate the SMS Review Requests add-on. If you notify us during that period that SMS isn't right for your business, we'll cancel the SMS add-on and refund your SMS subscription payment(s) made during that 30-day period. Once registration has been approved, the $125 setup fee remains non-refundable.

The SMS guarantee applies only to the SMS Review Requests add-on and does not extend or restart the 30-day guarantee period for your core 5-Star Reputation Builder subscription. Because SMS requires an active 5-Star Reputation Builder subscription, cancellation of the core subscription will also end SMS service.

SMS Usage: The SMS Review Requests add-on includes up to 100 SMS review requests per monthly billing period. Usage above 100 requests is billed at $10 for each additional 100 requests or portion thereof.

You are responsible for using SMS Review Requests in accordance with applicable messaging and consent requirements. We will provide guidance during setup, but you are responsible for ensuring that the customers you contact are eligible to receive your messages and that your use of the service complies with applicable requirements.
