Refund, Cancellation, and Subscription Policies

It is your responsibility to evaluate the 5-Star Reputation Builder during the initial 30-day period.

All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period. This includes month-to-month and annual plans.

It is your responsibility to evaluate the 5-Star Reputation Builder during the initial 14-day free-trial period. If you do not wish to continue, after the free trial, follow the cancellation process outlined below.

Refunds

Within the first 30 days, 100% refunds are given for the Standard and Advanced versions of the 5-Star Reputation Builder. For the Advanced service level, $395 of the setup and first month is applied toward optimization of your Google My Business listing. Once work has begun on this optimization, this amount is no longer refundable because it would be unethical to undo the optimization. You keep the optimization benefits, and we keep that part of the payment. The remaining balance is refundable for the entire 30-day guarantee.

After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for the first month nor for any subsequent payments. There are no options for prorated refunds.

Cancellation

For cancellation of your subscription, you must notify us before the start of next subscription term using the appropriate function within the customer portal or by email to our support team at support (at) get5starreputation.com.

There will be no refunds or credits for periods in which your subscription was or remains unused. 

When cancelling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be cancelled. When cancelling a quarterly subscription, all future charges associated with future quarters of your subscription will be cancelled. When cancelling an annual subscription, all future charges associated with future years of your subscription will be cancelled.

You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time. Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund. Your use of the 5-Star Reputation Builder system will stay active for the remainder of the current billing period.

After cancellation, if you choose to sign up for service once again, you will pay the current rates including any monthly setup fees, if applicable, to reestablish service.

Changing Your Subscription

You may change active plans at any time.

To change your subscription, you must notify us before the start of next subscription term using the appropriate function within the customer portal or by email to our support team at support (at) get5starreputation.com.

Your new plan will become active with the next billing cycle.

If you wish to downgrade your subscription, your billing amount will change with the next cycle. At that time you will lose the additional services from the higher service level plan.

If you wish to upgrade your subscription, you will pay any setup fees for the higher service, if applicable. These one-time fees will be charged immediately. Your monthly billing amount will change with the next cycle. The additional services for the higher level plan will begin at that time.

If you have multiple services charged at different times, each service type is handled separately.
